This Privacy Policy explains how MultiPath Expert in Uzbekistan collects and uses personal data when you use multipath.uz and its registration forms, including event registrations such as Meet Macquarie University in Tashkent.

2.What personal data we collect

When you register through a form on this website, we collect:

• your first name and last name;
• your email address;
• your phone / WhatsApp number;
• your Telegram username, if you choose to provide it;
• the event you register for (name, date, city);
• information about how you reached the page, such as campaign parameters in the link (for example utm_source or utm_campaign), the page address, and the date and time of your registration.

Our hosting provider also records standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and protect the website.

3.Why we use your data

• to register you for the event, reserve your place and send you your confirmation and event reminders;
• to contact you about the event and about study opportunities you have shown interest in, as stated on the registration form;
• to answer your questions and provide the free consultations you request;
• to understand which of our campaigns bring visitors to our events;
• to operate, secure and improve this website.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”. We do not sell your personal data.

4.Who processes your data on our behalf

We use the following service providers to run the website and our registration process:

• AHOST / WPHOST (SUVAN NET LLC) — website hosting, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan;
• Pabbly Connect — transfers your registration from the website to the tools below;
• Google (Google Sheets) — our attendee list;
• Mailjet — sends your confirmation and event emails;
• Telegram — only if you choose to contact us or our bot on Telegram.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Uzbekistan. We use them only for the purposes described in this policy.

5.How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

6.Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To make a request, write to Uzbekistan@MultiPath.Expert.

7.Cookies

This website currently uses only the cookies needed for it to work and to process forms securely. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we start using them, we will update this policy first.
